Truly the worst take.
Truly the worst take.
“White Bear.” Still the straight-up scariest of the entire series, in my opinion.
I think it has to do with how legitimate a win feels? A game where you and your opponent both look TOUGH but you come out on top is a lot more satisfying than knowing you won because your opponent shot themselves in the dick.
Kramer & Storm were great. At one point the Amazon feed awkwardly lurched back to Buck/Aikman for some reason and it was a genuine letdown.
Guys. Guys. Everywhere is terrible.
I understand your point here, and sure, but is this really your experience? I frequent local brewpubs quite a bit when I travel for work, and sure, lots of places have a couple “out there” beers, that maybe incorporate some fruit or unusual spices or what have you. But I’ve yet to visit any brewery/brewpub that…
This is pretty much the right take. His first three albums are absolutely perfect, poetic rock music. After the “Born to Run” record he still did some good stuff but the consistency takes a big hit.
Actually “Cooks” would be a pretty A1 kitten name. Lots of nickname potential there.
Which is probably why nobody’s watching baseball anymore.
I mean, no offense meant in the least, but if you haven’t watched a single game this year, maybe you don’t actually love baseball? Maybe you guys are more like friendly acquaintances?
Oh man, been saying/living this for years. Sunday afternoon is Let’s Finish Off The Beer From The Weekend And Tidy Up The Place For The Week To Come.
Came here to post this, thanks for handling. :)
that’s helpful
You got pretty much every part of that wrong, sorry to say. Pittsburgh had a lead. Arizona hit two Pittsburgh batters in short succession. Pittsburgh (still with lead) plunked an Arizona batter in retaliation, which sparked Arizona’s comeback.
It gets better!
Holy shit someone else listens to the Preatures?!?!
THANK YOU this is my biggest NYC bar pet peeve. Square, blank walls made of hard material are the absolute worst for noise. Throw down a couple rugs or at least a tapestry or two!
I have a Good Julio Franco Story.
I have a huge fondness for the type of “big dumb rock” that White Reaper so joyfully embraces. Check out “Free Energy” out of Philly for some of the same goodness.
Sure thing, anytime.
