I had no idea that the overhead bins were airtight tbh. I wouldn’t have complied because what? I paid for the dog flying with me and fuck that but I am blaming where blame is due United Airlines.

Actually she did pay the fee. It says so in the linked article.

Fuck yeah girl.

Your first point absolutely infuriated me. The show is called “The Crown.” Why aren’t we focusing on the person who, you know, wears it? Season 2 was so Philip-centric to the point that it neglected other important storylines. Obviously, I would have loved to see more from Elizabeth, but why didn’t we get more time

Nah, it was never forgivable. EQUAL PAY for EQUAL WORK! She worked more than the guy (I do not know or what what Doctor Who is) so she always deserved more pay, end of it.

Bull shit. She is the star of the show. And Doctor Who was hardly a ratings juggernaut at that point.

It’s been planned out in place for decades, they frequently prep and rehearse for it with a generic woman’s name like “Agatha has died”. The exact sequence of events isn’t anything new but just a more oiled version of the process that’s been used since her father passed.

Supporting role vs. starring role doesn’t factor into your equation at all? Especially after the first season, her winning the Emmy, and cleaning the floor with him in their scenes together?

Outside the obvious pay bullshit when it comes to season 2, where she was definitely dominating the show to the point they effectively had to give Smith his own storylines to make up for how little Philip actually had a role in that part of the history, I’m struggling to comprehend why they needed $7 million per

Whaaaat. This is total bullshit. While I found this series boring, sorry guys, Claire Foy, is clearly the star. Phillip looked like crispin Glover mixed with some generic actor to me.

While I agree that it’s wrong to say that authors can only write good stories about about characters who match their own demographic details, I don’t think it’s wrong that those authors are often lacking the perspective that comes from having the lived experience as someone from that group. That’s experience gap

Also the season 5 episode where Dawn tried to bring Joyce back.

Seriously? If we’ve learned anything from Buffy S6 is that you don’t bring things back from the dead...

As fans learned in Season 6 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, its darkest and arguably best season (don’t @ me), Buffy

Heather Locklear is clearly a troubled person. So I can’t even snark on her, just hope she’s getting some help.
