She made Beyonce super bitchy and mean and it was like..... do you even know who Beyonce is? Do you think that’s what being a diva is? She kept telling Blue Ivy to shut up and it was just like, where are you getting this from. It had zero connection to Beyonce.

Joslyn Fox did Teresa Guidice in Season 6 and was very funny (but that’s one of the best ones). She had a good joke about cumin.

Exactly! Keep Beyonce glamorous, but make the joke how ridiculously complicated it is to be that glamorous all the time, or how that can make her seem out of touch. You can do a really loopy, demented Beyonce while still never technically insulting her.

I don’t think Beyonce is ever a good idea for snatch game— she doesn’t have enough quirks to play off. The bar is also so high for nailing the look.

Everybody gets wound up about Snatch Game being “the worst ever in season X”, but it has ALWAYS been very hit and miss. Consistently, a few queens kill it, a few are safe, and a few suck. If we’re lucky, the ones who suck are such a hot mess that they are still fun to watch (S4 bottom row, I’m looking at you.)

Yes, it would have been much more logical to go the opposite direction and have Bey lavish praise and gifts on Blue Ivy. It was a terribly awkward shtick that Vixen and Asia did not pull off. Can’t believe a THIRD person tried Bey again after it’s been disastrous two other times already.

I feel like the only way Beyonce would work on Snatch Game is if she used her song titles as the jokes. When introduced, she says “Say My Name, Say My Name”. If she doesn’t have an answer, “Please move on to the left, to the left.”

Asia made a very strange choice to make Bey mean and abusive to Blue Ivy. So it didn’t come off like she was too reverent like it did with Tyra. It came off like she has no idea who she was impersonating.
