It took me a long time to realize you were posting about XIII and not XII....that looks like a barely female Vaan. But with that said, XII was a pretty decent game.

I....don't understand how anyone of any age could be fooled into buying that :D

No storyline? You're trying to save the world from being obliterated by an ancient dragon. Dafuq game did you play.

Seeing something, ANYTHING above League of Legends on Twitch has been a very strange and pleasant experience.

I don't know who the heck Century Link is owned by, but I've had them for about 2 years, and not only have no caps, but don't get annoying anti-piracy warnings that comcast used to regularly dish out. And their customer service doesn't suck. Basically, they are better in every way (for now).

It looks like an 80s VCR. This one looks like a slightly upscale model 80s VCR. Not judging, just stating facts.

I think the Calvin pissing decal ruined it for everyone.

I liked the image at first glance, but the more I look at it, the more I can't help picking it apart too. Watterson's drawings are so iconic, that if you don't get all the details right, it just loses a lot of the charm.

It definitely makes no sense. It should be like "This game costs $60. Ok, you now have 4 months to play for free. Anything beyond that, is $15/mo."

As a non-FPS gamer, I completely do not understand the concept of killstreaks. Why go out of your way to design a game that exaggerates the skill difference between players? The concept is so unfun, I don't even...

Yeah but it would be marriage sex, which, if cliches are correct, is not as good. Personally I would neither fuck nor marry Beyonce (too much work), but would only fuck not marry Zoey (again, too much work), and of course Kill Bill. So I fail at this game.

You do realize that synthesizers are far more prevalent in music today than they were in the 80s...

Plus he's not some random dude with a broken strategy...he's really freaking good at trivia, and is just using the strat to maximize his chances of winning.

As others have said, SC isn't a good place to dip your toe into multiplayer gaming. Though the community is absurdly friendly and helpful, the game is just too demanding to keep up with without putting serious time/energy into it. With that said, though, if you have the patience to learn build orders and optimal

If you are into singleplayer and campaigns...definitely get SC2. The story and cinematics are the best in the genre, and the missions are fun, challenging, and unique.

Someone of the shopping this week was so good. This one and the b/w construction workers were really great. Can't dispute the winner though... perfect idea.

SMB3

That's pretty bogus. And as someone who hasn't that movie (and it isn't exactly a classic, by reputation), the 'shop is pretty unfunny. Especially when there were so may other great entries.

agreed with the LotR one. A lot of really good entries this week.

People are bitching because it's really unintuitive to do really basic things. The "apps" screen is absolutely useless and ugly. My biggest gripe is having to login with a password every time. Which is probably incredibly easy to change, but damned if it gives you an obvious place to turn this off.
