I don’t know if there’s a limit to how big your walk-on program can be. You’re limited to the amount of scholarships you can give out, but if you have non-scholarship athletes that don’t make the team, I don’t think the team gets penalized.

All joking aside, Trump has nothing against single-payer. During the campaign he even floated single-payer as a potential option for his vision of healthcare reform in the United States.
