All joking aside, Trump has nothing against single-payer. During the campaign he even floated single-payer as a potential option for his vision of healthcare reform in the United States.

I don’t know what Trump has against single payer. He used Michael Cohen as his “single payer” to handle the Stormy Daniels situation.
