The blazers are the most fun and lunatic team in the playoffs.  I want them to win the title.  This ballsy, crazy, ambition must be rewarded.  

There are women that do like this. Ive know some that tried to encourage this behavior.

Maybe playing with Westbrook and for the Knicks doesn't inspire the try hard in him?

Of course everyone would assume you’re talking about jokic. How disingenuous can you get? He played the most minutes and literally didn’t rest from halftime on. He also missed critical FTs while looking gassed.

Stotts agreed and subbed hood for harkless (iirc).

I don’t think it’s fair to say they won because they subbed hood. Or to claim the nuggets would have won if they’d subbed Beasley in for (who?).

A 6'5" Beasley subs in for jokic? Jokic is the one who didn’t get any rest since halftime.

Thats exactly what OP said. They can’t understand why coaches don’t rest players in OT. Or as they phrased it, why they continue to grind them.

If they put their bench in for 2-3m of the 5m OT period, sure the starters get rest, but you run the risk of losing in the first OT. It’s not like 2OT is guaranteed.

Because most overtime games only last 5 more minutes, not 20. Until they develop ESP they won’t know that it’s going to go 4OT and will be playing for the win in the extra period by putting their best players in for the whole thing.

I admire this optimism but Klay Thompson is the best defensive guard in basketball plus green and iguodala are both pretty good perimeter defenders too. Neither the nuggets or blazers have a third consistent offensive stud so it should be pretty easy to bottle up the two main offensive weapons in mother Denver or…

While I don't agree with burt here I would like to point out that all of our comments here are pointless pronouncements.

Calm.down dude. Your star is 24 and you have the youngest team in the playoffs. No need to despair. Win or lose this will be good experience for them.
