Yes. We always start around 3am. Enough time in their own bed to be somewhat rested but early enough they’ll still sleep part of the drive.

Thats a poor move friend. Never come back from a trip the day before you need to go back to work. Always give at least one day between coming home and going back to work.

The wife and i will often do this. Leave at 3 am after 4-5 hours sleep. Kids sleep the first part of the trip because it’s still dark and theyre still tired.
