I know this patent is for apple, but they are just as stingy as any other hardware manufacturer. Water damage is a huge no-no. I don't know of any manufacturer that is weak on water damage.

Not sure what the issue is w/ AT&T! I had a iPhone 3G and never had issues. Now w/ Sprint and EVO drops more than ever did! Sprint is much worse than AT&T in Boise!
