My friend was coming from a C-Class and looking for a new compact luxury car. She had the most fun testing the ATS. It was amazing to drive, but she just couldn’t get past the the interior, which was too cramped and not premium enough.

I dunno, my wife had one as a rental following an accident and we found it less unique than we imagined. It was very slow and very plastic. In fact, I prefer something like a Toyota Yaris.
I rented a Town & Country for a family trip to DC. Me, my son, brother, SiL and nephew and my overpacking mother. Four adults and two kids and all our luggage fit behind the third row.
I had friends who asked for car recommendations. They had a 2 year old and another on the way, not a lot of money (both were grad students) but wanted something fun. My recommendation: used Mazda5. A fun-to-drive minivan that’s easy to park. They hated thought they were too cool for a minivan and months later I saw…
My dad and stepmom drove Odysseys in their retirement years because they could do so much with it. Perfect driving height, perfect ingress/egress height. Good power. Occasionally can load it full of people for dinner outings.
That’s my memory of them. They drove rocky, had poor turning radius, gas mileage and ergonomics. I think a more refined platform would have really made it better.
The other difference between 2016 and 2020 is that while people were beyond shocked that Trump won, people didn’t flat out deny it and threaten bureaucrats’ wives for certifying the election and there wasn’t a circus of legal challenges. The questions came in the form of in what ways and how much did Russia help the…
My theory is the only reason he’s debasing himself instead of sitting home drinking to death is that Trump is making him dance publicly for his pardon. It’s the only thing that makes sense.
I’m not going to call you racist and just assume you haven’t thought this through. The problem is that when hiring decision makers hire “the best person regardless of race or gender period” they tend to hire a white man. White men have more opportunity and pay than better qualified female and POC counterparts in study…

I gotta imagine the Integra, which $60k is insane! Not sure if there’s pricing on this yet but I gotta imagine they’ll have it close to Genesis G70/Stinger pricing of $50k-ish.
It sort of makes sense, though. Those that go to college are probably in a theater or film program, so they’re not focused on STEM and medicine. A lot don’t go to college and probably didn’t have traditional focus in high school. Some don’t even finish school. And then there’s the child actors who were taught by an…
We need to publish some kind of information hygiene guide to inoculate people from dumb shit they watch on YouTube. Like a checklist that makes them think.
Agreed. I think just as Apple’s risk taking and innovation made the entire tech industry raise its game, Tesla has shaken the Mary Barras of the auto industry out of their stupor. They are now just starting to realize that EVs should be more than giant golf carts with 90 miles of range.
I’d say the 85mph speedo in general...it’s just as stupid on a Bronco II as it was on a ‘Vette.
I’d say a few years before when the lineup was the Legend, Integra, Vigor and NSX. Those models looked better and had more dynamic driving even though they had a few less V-Tecs than the ‘00s era lineup.
