You can imagine how advanced the rest of the car is.  And you’ll have to, because we’re sure not going to tell you.

“It’s your money” was actually a tagline? That’s what I say when someone I know is buying something very stupid.

Now playing

Yup. Ever see the original Aurora commercials? NEw design! New engine! Let’s advertise the headlight covers........

Tanks for the "great" joke, dad...

Mech and Armor guys call it a Pivot Steer and say its a good way to throw a track

Idiot buys EV, doesn’t pay attention to how to use it or plan trips. Idiot blames car and not himself. Idiot posts on intarwub.

If I was super old and it took me 5 hours to figure out how to get 100 miles or so charge into my EV, I would trade mine in too.

It's called Google Maps, and since the range didn't plummet suddenly at the end of the trip, you're friend is still a twit for not checking his range throughout the journey. And you sound about as smart as your friend.

Was this their first ever trip in the car?

Your friend sounds like a boomer, too self-absorbed and stupid to plan properly for the future.

I can think of another electric vehicle enhanced by a reliable and known technology that can tow literally thousand of tons for miles:
