And thanks for reading through my sloppily written post. Sign me up for the first keyboard app with proofreading. :-P

I’m an aircraft mechanic and one of people that gave the green light(a “final checker”) the aircraft was ready to launch when up on the catapult. I was fortunate to have been stationed on a carrier (USS Truman) right before they were retired. And although I never worked on them I was within feet of them coming up on po

And F-14 Tomcat.

Same with the F-14 Tomcat. 2 huge engines with wings. It was the fast fighter we had when it was retired. The maintenance requirements far exceeded any other military fixed wing aircraft..the nail in the coffin for it.

Hasn’t been replaced YET. There’s been consistent rumbling in the aero space industry about a replacement. Albeit it’s mostly talk and probably just companies trying to grab headlines or testing the waters, but it shows just how ahead of the times that things design was.

I agree, and like to add drones/UAVs/unmanned vehicles are the future. If your kids(or you) are proficient with a game controller, they’re half way there..hehe :)

Probably held the record for leakiest plane as well.. didn’t stop until it heated up.

Please don’t give the trolls wings. It’s bad enough they can type..they really don’t need the ability to fly.

Only the orange clown from the house of white can blatantly get away with cheating the system. Yep, I took it there! And I will keep the bus fueled up til he becomes irrelevant.

I’m no off-road expert, but this could possibly be the best 4wd currently available any where. I watched the head to head against the Land Rover(I think) that was posted here not too long ago, and it was very impressive. And I know the video is a highlight composite that didn’t include it’s failures, but you gotta

I was curious about the tires and a quick online search didn’t have any info on them, but I did find a comment by MUZZ(currently posting as xmuzzx)..says they’re Maxxis Trepador’s. I tried to link the comment here but it’s not playing nice on my phone.

Reads headline.. doesn’t know shit about this awesome car..see Honda motor and automatically assumes it’s front wheel drive.

Not sure if you were serious and why the hell do people keep giving you stars..this is a problem, the more facts available to people the more misinformed they are..come on!!

Haha! Just posted about the fisheyes..no more original thoughts :(

I concur. The interior looks good, but I’m glad that cooper look didn’t catch on. And what’s with the fisheyes?!

Edit: If designed to anything can float if it’s less dense then the water/liquid it’s in.

My comment wasn’t meant to be taken literally. I have a basic understanding of the science for both.. I’m an aircraft mechanic and also a Navy veteran. Helicopters create lift with their main rotors..they do what wings do for a plane. Tail rotors counter the rotational force of the main rotor..keeps the fuselage from

And steel shouldn’t float..

Haha! Technologies a bitch.... especially when it does what it wants :)

Ones gonna give you some satisfaction..the other will be expensive to maintain. :-P
