This is the “maybe the president should get back to work instead of golfing” comment, right?

How none of them thought to address this in the actual settlement document is beyond me

They should just make the purchase-buyback location as far away as possible and get him to drive to Germany since it doesn’t specify a buyback location...

“I’ve waited long enough already,”

WTF did he really expect them to do?

...unless you live in California. :(

Calling out reporters for bad press? I thought they were running a car company, not for President.

...and people wonder why Asians rich spoiled brats with no concept of money are hated in Vancouver everywhere in the world...

Or spend the same amount of time at the office and just do an extra 3 hours of work a day that you aren’t compensated for in any tangible way while you are in the car commuting.

Just have a look at the amount of opposite lock dialed in on each car. Notice that the M140i spends most of its time with the wheels pointed the opposite direction. The Focus RS gets sideways, but you’re not doing as much work with the wheel. That, IMO, is what makes RWD truly great. It might not be the fastest, but

I could give a shit which one is faster, rwd4lyf. I just cant get over the glorious sensations of rwd. I have had fwd, rad, AWD and 4x4 and still to this day the rwd just feels “right” to me.

I’d be more okay with this if they kept the Top Gear circuit and then built the houses around that. Who wouldn’t want to live on 69 Followthrough Way?

For a while I was referring to GM W-bodys as “single mom mobiles”. Basically every time I got asked, “My (sister, cousin, friend, baby mama) needs a cheep car, what should she get?” My response was, “Chevy Lumina. (later the Impala).

Then you deserve a better, less snobbery-inclined wife.

Oh they can be nice cars, but they’ve got no soul. And I’m not even implying you need a luxury or sports car. Mazda3, CX5, Golf, and in some ways even the Civic are a few examples. But not everyone cares about. Some people just want a car that they don’t have to worry about. Like you said, a reliable car. Nice. Well

When I worked on the East Coast, I had a rental Yaris that was probably the perfect NYC car. Tiny dimensions for parking and cutting into gaps, a softer suspension to soak up the terrible roads, a decent back seat to take friends along that need a ride, a fairly high seating position, that roach like Toyota

I like the cut of your jib, sir.

We need to figure out a way to reverse mount it so it’s also FWD.

Unless I hacked it apart to fit. Which would result in saltier tears.
