I grew up in the 80s, but also watched tons of 70s Hanna Barbera on cable. I think that stuff was some of the first stuff I ever realized was shitty, & laughed at it's badness.

I went to go see Jaws in the theater during the 40th anniversary rerelase. That was super fun. I never realized how slow paced jaws is. I really like it, it's just odd that for all it's hailing as the father of the modern blockbuster, there's a lot more conversations than sharks fucking things up.
