I have a hard time with requiring MSF classes with the cost of them at $300 for a 15 hour course. I understand Pennsylvania’s program is under attack from watchdog groups that think they can decide how tax dollars are spent, but it should be a free program in order to be beneficial.

I’m an MSF RiderCoach in Pennsylvania, the last of the states offering the class for free. In my opinion, this should make the class the only way to get the license as there are no valid excuses otherwise.

However, it’s a bucket-list box-checker as well. Sunday I teach class to 12, 6 of which DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RIDE A

I’m not. I use an ECE approved helmet that far exceeds testing of DoT standards. It is not DoT approved. I wear this without penalty because I do live in a helmet-freedom state.

In fact, its pictured in my profile picture.

Never experienced this, unless towing. I commonly get 17.5MPG while averaging about 20MPH, If Automatic is to be believed.

The soft top is 1-2 db more quiet than the hard top with freedom panels, which do seem to also leak water more than a hardtop convertible should...

The AX5 mated with a I6 was a perfect combo to learn on, I will certainly give you that.

Other predictions:

I have plenty of criticisms of the current Wrangler. The top is not one of them. Never leaked, whisper quiet. Conversations at 80+MPH are at normal volume.

Older one maybe. Newer (2007+) Wranglers are throttle-by-wire,and the NSG370 is a notoriously awful transmission.

As long as that 4x4 is not a 2007+ Jeep Wrangler...

I have a base model now. I want locking diffs and don’t want to go through the hassle of putting air-lockers in there. The Rubicon is the only model that comes with locking diffs.

I have had Jeeps for years. I’ve been shopping, but think I’m done with them as a brand.

Cue all the apologists that think a phone does everything as well as a standalone...

Wranglers seem pretty nice if you like old fashioned things like tactile controls and headlights you can change without dismantling a vehicle. But they are so rare.

Well, today is another day. This idea of declaring a vehicle as a total loss is one thing when someone is driving it and an accident occurs. It is another entirely when the fault is not of the driver, but negligence or imcompetance on this type of scale. In this case, the company should be ignoring the value and

A proper sandwich takes care of the first three.

You forgot corn on the Cob. Otherwise excellent.

Ive warmed food on my aircooled motorcycle motor more than a few times. Its funny, people will poo-poo on this but eat food warmed under a light or sitting in a chafing dish in a buffet for who-knows-how-long.

Or a 12 year old motor.

You want squishy suspension, you get death wobble.

And what are you really paying for the awful suspension Suzuki packages on such bikes? $14 for the rear damper and maybe $100 on the front forks. Im convinced that stuff is just placeholders and not intended to be ridden.

Most shocking is that they are considering using Bandit forks for donors. NO. BAD.
