Was in a similar situation but wasnt hit, swerved around the driver to the right, drove on somebody’s lawn.

Turns out the guy was swinging a u-turn because he saw a yard sale. My life is less important than a yard sale to most drivers, I’m embarrassed that it took me 35 years of riding to understand this.

I know many riders who switch their bicycle brakes to right hand front brake to be the same as motos. They do this to avoid confusion when switching from one to the other. I know no good riders that do this, and this seems to be a mark of lack of skill (primarily on riders coming from motorcycle to bicycle)

My aim-free days are either off-road trips in my Jeep or back-roads trips (with off-road) on my motorcycles. Because of COVID issues and hospitals and first care response being overburdened, I felt these trips, ones that put my health at risk, weren’t exactly responsible behavior, so i avoided them all last year. Next

When they have one with manual transmission and full lockers, I might take the headline seriously.

They won’t rent to people with Wranglers; no problem with other convertibles, just not convertible SUVs.

Fuck Uhaul.

I dont use neck gaiters / “buffs” because they tend to be made of fabrics that are designed to wick moisture aware from the body... as such, it doesnt seem like an effective barrier for preventing moisture from escaping.

I would think fabric choice would have more to do with transmission of vapor than mask style. But

Carbs, for various tuning reasons, on various machines (mostly motorcycles... sure)... On my moderns and certainly not baseline daily driver with four wheels has manual windows and locks, manual transmission, and a regular key. But its certainly EFI, has all the mandated safety nannies, and I can turn off TPMS, which

Shocker, the Wrangler JK held #1 at 74% made in America in Toledo, and now dropped much lower in the list with the JL. Yeah, didnt see that one coming...

The only way i absolutely know where my keys are is when ive had to use them to get where im going.

Pushbutton start is one of the worst value, gimmicky features that some people demand... I dont get it. Meh, i still use manual windows, manual locks (no fob) as well.

“Is reopening”? Bullshit. There is not status as “is reopening”. Open or closed. It hasnt been opened since St. Patrick’s Day. And people are getting antsy.

In a Pennsylvania shutdown, we cannot legally buy booze; wine and beer, yeah at a grocery that allows it. They better fix this soon, or i guarantee a bunch of antsy people are gonna realize that there are literally stores filled with booze just waiting to be broken into...

The restriction on Sunday auto sales also

Its better than Pennsylvania - they cant sell certain items (used to be booze, still automobiles) on Sundays - I had to wait 6 months to buy a car.

You might not have a bidet or a shataff, but these really are much better than toilet paper, not only in terms of waste, but reduction in irritation. A removable shower head does wonders as well.

I certainly don’t shit into my hand, but I dont need to hoard toilet paper either. Sorry, if people can get by without ever

Toilet Paper is not a necessity; its a luxury. Its a creature comfort. That’s it. Diapers are a necessity; sanitary products are a necessity. TP is not, sorry.

If you went to another store JUST to get TP because the first store was out, you broke quarantine in some places (in spirit) as this is not a necessity.

I think

But there are redeeming benefits as well... Philadelphia cant claim the same.

Great, every 30 seconds you will have to pump 4 quarters into it to keep it running

I’ve ridden many powerful bikes. I have NEVER ridden any bike that made me say that the bike is uncontrollable, or that there is too much power. I’ve ridden plenty of bikes that are (physically) too large and/or too heavy. I’ve ridden bikes that are dangerously underpowered.

From Philadelphia. Strombolis do not have sauce.

That said, The Moz and Meatballs does not advertise to be a pizza nor a stromboli, only a “sandwich”. And its one of the best flavors and deserves more than shoddy pigeon-holing.

Of course it is OK, as long as you realize that once you cross that line between the two spots, you take any responsibility for a collision - you are at fault if there is an incident with someone pulling in.

Not the point for replying.

Seriously, people are getting ticketed for nose-out because someone cant read the

My most recent car was decidedly not “modern” for privacy, complexity and intrusion reasons. In fact, it might be the only Model 2017 car to allow the TPMS radios to be turned off, making it hack-proof (remotely).

Manual transmission, roll-up windows, manual locks and no worries.
