That’s what I tried. Went to the smaller office outside of town. The wait wasn’t bad but the girl put down the make as North Trail and not Norton. Which introduced its own slew of problems.

Dnepr is one of those old Eastern Europe brands that you might see at a vintage show and think it’s an old BMW or Ural until you get closer and see the name (thanks war reparations). Don’t let the hipsters learn about them. They’ll triple in price, and they aren’t even worth that much to begin with.

Oh yeah, the NCDMV sure is “something else”. I’ve had a vintage motorcycle title “In process” since April with those chuckleheads with no ETA yet on actually getting it in hand.

It’s a small town. I probably know her or know of her.

Rotron on 375. Grew up in Saugerties. Small world.

I spent 5 years working in Woodstock. It’s amazing what would drive down Tinker Street and Mill Hill Rd. There was a DB5 or BD6 close to my job that we’d see sometimes.

Based on the pictures, it looks like there’s no rear mudguard. Is that right? I know that’s been trend for a while but I’m surprised they went with that.

Owner of a vintage motorcycle restoration company. Access to playing with old bikes whenever I want and the ability to see some old relics get brought back to their original glory.

Not cars, but vintage motorcycles. My dad’s 1972 Norton always sat in the shed or back of the garage under a blanket. It hadn’t been on the road in my entire life but I always remember pulling that blanket off and climbing on, pretending to cruise around. Fast forward to my first job after college. I used my first

So that’s how we get new bridges built? If that’s the case, let’s get to it! Truck/bridge collisions all around!

Style-wise? I dig it.

For me it’s the non-beveled edges around the mounting bolts. Everything else is curvy on the rotor. Why leave those hard angles?

Anyone else not surprised it was a tC speeding?

I’ve got no interest in the cars of that era. But bikes? Toss up between a BMW R80 and a Moto Guzzi V75. Probably take the Guzzi because I like the styling more.

Welp, there goes the rest of my day.

That Honda 350 looks okay, but that price is a stretch. They’re certainly going up in price but I wouldn’t pay more than $3.5-$4k for it. It’s been well-loved and will likely need some work. Not all original based on the exhaust pipes.

Aside from actually going to a shop or similar to try various fits, is there a reliable way to determine what helmet shape is best for my head? Round/Oval/Long Oval/etc. There’s gotta be a way to do this with measurements.

That’d be a weir(d) way to die.

Good old Lucas. Ignition and coils were the first thing I knew I was changing on mine. I’m always looking to expand my Whitworth collection if you ever dig them up.

That’s a solid deal on the Norton. All matching numbers and an aftermarket front brake setup mean someone actually cares about it. All the other mods are ideal: steering damper, replacement shocks, electronic ignition, single mikuni swap, and a new tank. It’s missing the rear hub cover, but you can get one for not
