I went to Syracuse University. I can tell you that in living there for 4+ years (UG and Graduate), that the contrast is startling. Outside of Downtown, which is on the west side of 81, I traveled to that area of the city maybe MAYBE 3-5 times in total. And it’s less than a mile from campus!

Okay I like it. I could see myself riding it. But I will never ever pay that amount for a bike. I want to get an electric bike for my 7 mile commute to work, but there’s just no way to justify that price for what I need.
