A full size spare. It’s unique enough these days.

The market is hot for these right now, and with it officially being 50 years old I’d say it’s a NP. But I wouldn’t hold on to it for too long. There will be a downturn in the market in the near future, so I’d enjoy it for a summer then send it along.
1st Gear: Can we PLEASE not use stupid letter-only names and use real words for any new models?
My sincerest condolences. Words can not truly describe the emotions in losing a sibling, but you’ve done a remarkable job.
But how many Harley riders do you expect to be owners of this bike? It’s their attempt at getting into other markets with different riders. I don’t think it’ll work, but I really don’t see them trying to win over the Road King riders with this.
Two takeaways for me:
I wish you the best in paring down that collection and please PLEASE get rid of that KIA ASAP, before you get whatever weird engine vehicle comes next.
I was 17 when I got my one and only speeding ticket. 83 in a 55 in my older sister’s car. The end result was better than I had hoped (no points!) but the conversation with ticketing officer and subsequent talk with the judge made me re-evaluate what I was doing.
Yes, but “Trail Rated”.
It’s a valid point, and I’m not faulting them for it, as they are trying to fix it. It’s the same issue they’re having with their image overall. Not necessarily something they can change by themselves, but more of their customer base.
So this could be yet another hurdle for HD to overcome, as their image is not exactly woman-friendly. If they want to improve sales, they’ve GOT to be more welcoming to woman riders. The “If you can read this...” shirts aren’t doing them any favors.
Perhaps a harsher “Turn around Dumbass!” signage would help.
So now what cars are “Real People” supposed to guess the brand of? What will Mahk do?!
I live near Clemmons, NC. Based on what I see every day around here, your first priority should be a safe car for all the inept drivers in this area.
It’s the pleats! The pleats in the pants.
I’m a fan of their ingenuity.
But why?
We’ve got a 2016 CX-5 GT, and I would be very interested in upgrading to the GTR for the turbo engine. It’s a fun baby hauler but even with the “Sport” mode engaged (which just changes the shift RPM), it has been lacking. Don’t care too much about the 360 monitoring or Apple Car play but the heated steering wheel…
Contrary to what others may think, I don’t consider a car old unless it’s actually older than me. Much like when you think of people: when I was 18 I thought 40 was old. Now into my thirties, clearly 60 is old, not 40!
My dad had the ‘95 Sedan version in champagne. It was the car I learned to drive in and got my driver’s license with. The ability to parallel park these boats was the ultimate test. NP purely based on nostalgia.
