Should I get the Droid Bionic next week or wait until next month to get the Droid Prime? I am sticking with Verizon because every other carrier sucks in my area.
You would be surprised. If you travel mid-week, it's not bad at all. Stay away from weekend travel, that's when the blue-hairs our out-of-state travelers are out filling shops and clogging the roads. Also, if you stay away from the 'advertised' locations and get to the out of the way places, you will also be better…
I can't believe you left out some of the most obvious fall destinations. New York, New England, the smokey mountain region, etc. These are some of the best places to go in the fall and are not that expensive to travel around either. The fall foliage in these areas are second to none.
I give this advise during the winter when expecting long power outages: Fill your bathtub. Why? No power usually means no water pump which means no way to re-fill your toilet. Fill the bathtub so you can just plunge a bucket into it then dump it in the toilet to flush. I also recommend using the "If it's yellow,…
Good program. I used it a few times but I find it hard to pay for when there are so many of these free programs available.

Holy crap! It actually had the epicenter in Virginia and we felt it all the way up here.
Albany NY area just got hit with an earthquake. Nothing major but the ground shook and our building swayed for a few minutes here. Little unnerving for those of us never in one before.
Almost as soon as I posted this I found the answer. For those interested; highlight the printer, Select Action, Set printer defaults.
We a re deploying a new print server at work. Windows 2008 and it will use the print manager so that we can install printers via Group Policy. One thing I have not figured out how to do is force duplex printing on the printers when they are installed. Any ideas on how I can do that? I did what I have done in the…
I'm not sure if this is a relevant enough topic but here it is anyway.
Hey all. Turns out that the GUIConfig add-on that I had was the culprit. If you are running that, I would suggest starting there. I have it turned off so I can't give any advise yet on settings that would fix the issue.
It does work in safe mode so I will have to start by going through all my add-ons, turning them off one at a time until I find the culprit.
Bounce dryer sheets. No other brand works nearly as well. Just tuck one in your clothes somewhere (I usually do it under my shirt on my shoulder) and you will be mosquito free!
My Firefox Tab that is supposed to replace the Menu bar is not working. I click on it and nothing happens. It animates when I click it or do a mouse over on it but it no longer functions. Any idea on how to fix it? It started with FF5 and has continued after upgrading to FF6.
If I'm not mistaken, isn't the uninstall portion of CClean just a tie in to the default Windows Add/Remove Programs? I mean all CClean does is call the uninstall routine that comes with the programs and nothing after that. Please correct me if I'm wrong because I'm a huge fan of CClean but always that that part of…
