I've seen the same thing on machines running Norton, McAfee and Kaspersky too so I don't think it's limited to MSE.

AWESOME tip, thanks Lifehacker.
Check the bios of your computer. Some provide a method of powering up on certain days at specific times. Typically this is used in enterprise environment for scheduled maintenance but many home computers have the same feature.
It may not be dandruff you are dealing with but Psoriasis. My wife has it and has it very bad on her scalp. She has the same problem with shampoos; they work for a month, then stop which is common for Psoriasis sufferers.
If you have a wireless router, there are special steps you need to take to get it working with Comcast. I just found this out this past weekend getting my sister hooked up with her wireless router.
I have a similar situation with my neighbor. He's the hardest working guy I know and a phenomenal woodworker (one of my interests). We communicate via a notepad he carries with him and it's very time consuming and awkward. I think we both just need to break down and learn some sign language.
My Firefox button stopped working. When I click on it, it does nothing. Any ideas on how to fix it (Firefox v5.0)?
Do you do laundry for four people in your house? If I tried to dry ALL of my laundry this way, it would never get done. I don't have enough time or radiators in my house. Mind you, I do dry some of my clothes this way.
Winter
One word: Oxiclean
I would advise against that. You can find literally dozens of news stories about people with open wireless having someone piggy back on the signal to download kiddy porn or something else just as vile and the homeowner is the first to get charged with a crime. Lock it down and share the password with family and…
Your cheapest router would be to get some cheap Linksys routers off eBay or Craigslist, flash them with Tomato or DD-WRT and use them as repeaters on each floor of the house. Refer to this article for setup: [lifehacker.com]
Since you are talking about a 'domain' consisting of only the server and two laptops, you could run AD, Exchange and a file/print server on one machine just fine. make sure the hardware is up to snuff to handle it. Which version of Exchange are you running? What version of Windows on the server?
You will need to do some minor configs after you flash it with Tomato but the settings are easy. Refer to this article for help: [lifehacker.com]
I can't recommend any particular N routers but I can recommend flashing whatever you get with either Tomato or DD-WRT. This will help you tweak the router to help overcome signal issues, setting up VLANs, VPN, etc.
DAMNIT! The most loyal of all Google users and we're forced to sit on the sidelines for new products like Google+.
Water. Nothing better.
Anyone know a hack to get Google Profiles to work in Google Apps (and therefore Google+)?
Somewhat related but I gotta say something somewhere. I am just a bit peeved being a loyal Google Apps user right now. For the longest time, Google Apps users could not use Google Profiles and I've been fine with that. Now that Google+ is up and running, and it requires that you use Google Profiles, I am no longer…
Neither the HDMI or the NFC is a deal breaker for me. I could use either but it won't cripple me if I don't have either. At this point, I have waited so long to jump into the smart phone game, I will take whichever hits the market first. It will be interesting to see who wins.
