I wonder whether the Vale Hill tribes will have a role to play in the show. Remember, Tyrion and the Lannisters armed them. Maybe Shagga & Co. will make a return to support the Lannisters or to harass the Knights of the Vale on their march northward.

Unfortunately for Stevens, leaving GoT for the Hobbit was almost certainly a bad career move. He was supposed to play a main villain in the Hobbit trilogy (one of the orc bosses), but they ended up replacing him with CGI.

I think that I'd like Björnsson's portrayal more if I didn't have Conan Stevens' performance to compare it against.

The Daario recasting is the most jarring. It makes it hard to re-watch the "Daario" scenes from season 3. It's too bad that he left - the Ed Skrein Daario was far superior to the current Daario IMO. The current Daario is way too generic and forgettable. He fades into the background- which is the opposite of what

I still think that the original Mountain (Conan Stevens) was the best Mountain. He seemed like a complete psychopath (remember him cutting the horse in half!) and actually looked old enough to fit the character. He seems like he could be the Hound's older, more vicious brother. Too bad he ditched GoT for the

I'd say book Ramsay is more than a minor presence. He's a fairly significant second tier character in ACOK and ADWD.

She's the Prince(ess) who was Promised.

Littlefinger wants to Iron Throne. All else is secondary to him.

Agreed. I don't think that Littlefinger realized how monstrous Ramsay was. It was a gamble on Littlefinger's part (and not an unreasonable gamble- the odds would have been low that he was giving her to a serial killer who was even worse than Joffrey). However, this miscalculation on Littlefinger's part will likely

Harry the Heir isn't presented as being a particularly good person (though I doubt he's at Ramsay levels of loathsomeness).

Brienne's confrontation with Mel and Davos was very interesting. I had forgotten that she had met Davos in Season 2. It was strange to see a situation in which one of the few relatively "good" characters (Brienne) meets another (Davos), but considers him to be a villain (with good reason on her part- she doesn't

Ramsay is a weakness in the show and the books. But I doubt he lasts more than another 2 or 3 episodes.

I can't understand how you can get most of the way through LOTR and then stop. The first 150 pages or so of Fellowship can be a slog, but once you're past Tom Bombadil and at Rivendell the story really picks up. You quit before the best parts.

I've always hated Radiohead, beginning with the insufferable "Creep." I'm glad to see I'm not the only one.

I'd put money on Frankenmountain killing Tommen somehow (either accidentally or deliberately).

Thankfully the Sansa rape scene was toned down significantly from the (f)Arya rape scene in the book that the Sansa scene replaced. Ramsay's rape of (f)Arya, complete with the compulsory involvement of Theon, was the most disgusting and distressing thing in the book series- and that's saying something.

I didn't think so at all. Rickon still looked pretty short to me. Bran is over 6 feet tall. Good thing the show went with the Hodor pushing the wheelbarrow option, as it would have looked ridiculous for Hodor to carry Bran around.

The books did a much better job establishing the Sparrows.

Agreed. They will need to have a good explanation for Rickon surviving. Maybe Ramsey will try to use him as a way to induce Sansa to return to Winterfell.

She can't confess, because doing so will condemn Loras.
