What? Pleasantville was totally a sci-fi movie! It's a movie about a technologically advanced "remote control" that causes people to enter alternate dimensions. What's more sci-fi than that?

Am I missing something? Is Fringe not airing on 12/2 and 12/9?

Yes. Yes! I can't believe The Walking Dead got a series before Y the Last Man was even considered for one.

Efron's got some sci-fi cred! He was in an episode of Firefly.

@FlameCell: I think he meant Windows phone users.

Worst. Autocorrect. Ever.

@agentgray: I'm going to have to go with you on this one. Joss Whedon seems to thrive in low-budget settings. Maybe they're doing us a favor by nickel-and-diming the joint.

@Rondogg: Really. I mean, it was a planet full of snow, after all. Want to guess what they were smoking on Dagobah?

@DunnCarnage: They're probably just a little scared that some n00b's going to hand them their asses using the "simple" mode.

@kettlewhistle: I haven't tried using a regular filter with this, but I don't think they'll fit well.

@elvisml2: Agreed. Solomon Grundy makes much more sense. I mean, whose fave character as a kid was Killer Croc?

Now playing

Needs more Star Wars Christmas Album, with songs like What Do You Get a Wookie for Christmas (If He Already Owns a Comb)? and R2D2 I Wish You a Merry Christmas (feat. Jon Bon Jovi).

The COMMISH was awesome.

Aronofsky doesn't need to do Preacher. Or Superman, although I believe he can darken the films as needed without darkening the Superman character.

Is Star Wars: Force Unleashed usually $0.99, or is this part of the fire sale too?

@collex: I'm just glad to see Tim Burton ripping his own ideas off instead of somebody else's.

@BrockBrockman: Take it back: none if it is in the links to view all on one page, which link to last week's apps:

"In this week's rockin' and rollin' round up: Shazam, improved; Spidey's webs, slung; photographs, bubble-ified; restaurant waits, crowdsourced; space, explored; to do lists, beautified; iPad music making, jettisoned into the future, and more!"
