What? That is a pretty asinine comment. Nintendo is protecting its property. This guy didn't have any right to speak on their behalf. He is their employee, not spokesperson, not VP of Marketing. He's obligated to his employer to keep their trade secrets, you know.... Secret.

I’ll chime in here. I have to sign these a few times each year as I negotiate contracts (not in software or video gaming but very large $$$ contracts). I am often amongst the first to know and develop these “things” and have to sign a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement for each. Each Agreement states that

AKA Confidentiality (and non-disclosure) Agreement.

It does fit the crime. He is giving this interview as someone with inside knowledge of Nintendo and speaking on behalf of financial performance of past and future titles. Many of those titles are developed by third parties. His disclosure could harm these third party relationships. He clearly violated policy and

For sure. Most companies will have you sign a confidentiality agreement as a condition of employment. This obligates you to keep trade secrets and to not disclose anything to the public unless properly authorized.

What a moron! This is why all mid to large companies have Media Relations departments. You can’t just go out and take part in interviews and speak on behalf of the company. He didn’t own these products and no doubt he was trained by Nintendo to not speak directly to media.

I’ll fix that.

I have. Although, My perspective on this discussion is finding a car that everyone likes. A modified Miata with a V8 doesn’t count as it is modified. I personally don’t care for Miatas.

Meh. Universally loved? I don't think so.

So pretty! The things I would do to own this one in the picture...

Hey Miss Mercedes. I think you dropped something.

I don’t. I much prefer a V8 in my sports cars.

Ford Bronco

Nope. No love from me for a Miata. I'd rather have a V8 in a sports car.

I have to agree on your choice here. I saw one at a Concourso last year fully restored. This thing won best of show and was stunning.

Nope. No love from me.

I do think it was exclusive to SRT initially. My 2012 RT Classic Track Pack has the hydrolic lifts in the hood.

That song fucking rocks!

Do it!

Nice! I got my 2012 RT Classic last year and posted a pic above. I have taken several 400 plus mile road trips with Mrs. Bro Bruh and the kids in great comfort. Excellent ride and great performance for me. The kids are comfortable too, he’ll I fit in the back comfortably and I’m 6’ 1”.
