i’ve got a hole in me pocket
I remember seeing the premiere episode, going from disliking to outright loathing it within five minutes, pushing it to the back of my mind, finding out two years later it went on for more than one season, and finally outright hating humanity for thinking this shit is funny
Netflix you have a bigger budget than most.…
yes as a matter of fact they were rude, didn’t pick up any of their trash, often treated us poorly if their screen wasn’t clean as soon as they wanted, argued with concessionists over prices/sizes, and more often than not left behind spit cups for me and my associates to throw away so fuck off with the condescending…
As someone who worked in a Texas theater for five years there was no experience worse than opening weekends of American Sniper and God’s Not Dead. I was never able to fully fathom just how awful some of the audiences must have been for this film to theater workers back in 2004.
to this day I still think the 2005 War of the Worlds is sorely underlooked and underappreciated as an adaptation. It’s the first thing that pops into mind when I think of how legitimately terrifying and helpless a hostile alien attack would feel to us. The scene with the train on fire that just passes by briefly…
it is one of the biggest travesties that Tintin was considered ineligible for nomination towards best animated feature by the Academy. It’s like 2011 was already so bare of a year the fact we got Tintin and Rango at all was a marvel
We need more blu rays that take an outright honest “Battle of Five Armies” approach where we get a video of an admittedly depressing Peter Jackson slumped over next to some giant setpiece outright saying he didn’t have the time to make a good film and that he’s sorry
Where my fellow Texans at? It’s all about Saltlick baby. I wish Dallas had an HEB but they’re well worth ordering off the website for the best BBQ sauce you’ll ever taste
god enough of this clickbaiting story. I’m seeing movies in theaters I wouldn’t have otherwise been able to enjoy for a mere $10 a month and it’s handy as hell. It should be common sense by now that if you’ve got some sort of smart technology you’re being tracked or monitored more than you think. What else is new.…
I’m seeing him next month in Dallas. I’ll always prefer the writing he did for Talking Heads songs over his solo work but there’s still been some gems in his solo stuff. No matter what he does I can’t not love the guy. True Stories honestly deserves a Criterion Release
yawn
So it’s Hook meets a PG-friendly Ted?
This movie’s just got so many great things going for it at this point
(cue “I’ve had enough of these dudes” from Mac as he points to a framed picture of these guys)
i feel like we get this article every year.
in my opinion Deadpool is opening a little too close to their tentpole summer film and they’re worried about it eating into their numbers in its early weeks.
Killmonger is a stand-out villain but i’d argue 2017 was actually a strong year for the villains in the MCU with the likes of Ego, Vulture, and Grandmaster. Granted they don’t make you think or leave you guessing quite as much as Killmonger but they’re still damn fun thanks in no small part to their actors
dude’s rich and powerful. He’ll get a light slap on the wrist because that’s how this country handles crooks in charge.
What I want to know is, how is this piece of shit’s home address on the internet and people aren’t egging his house 24/7
disappointed by some of these comments. Even I can admit this doesn’t look like one of Aarman’s best efforts, but even their less lavish works like Shaun the Sheep have more heart and charm than anything Blue Sky or Illumination could put out tenfold. I’d much rather pay for a decent stop motion film and support a…
it honestly baffles me that a game that has so many horrific and downright squeamish elements is so adored by young kids to the point they wear t-shirts sporting demonic robot bears and have plush toys they carry around. sometimes I feel parents aren’t doing a tight enough job on this one
