I’m thinking one of the few ways to save Battle Angel from mediocrity is to get Dan Harmon and/or Justin Roilland in as writers for this. Rick and Morty is basically the perfect reference show for how to do Desty Nova and the grim nihilistic Battle Angel universe with a dark sense of humor.
