I loved Allison Mack as Chloe on Smallville & would love for her to be innocent on some level of these horrendous charges. But calling a sex cult a “women’s movement” in a tweet to a former child actor ... is pretty indefensible.
It’s ok. If she gets sad, she can just turn that frizown upsidizity.
his distaste for the “bible” that writer Zak Penn had been keeping for Marvel in the years leading up to The Avengers.
God this looks even worse than it did the first time.
Watching Trump with the machine, it was suddenly so clear. The bermudaisbae would never stop. It would never leave him, and it would never hurt him, never shout at him, or get drunk and pee on him, or say it was too busy to spend time with him. It would always be there. And it would die to protect him. Of all the…
Here comes Old Sourpuss...
I had an idea once where a protagonist grapples with a personal challenge or obstacle, and, with the help of allies, manages to overcome it by the end of the story. I pitched this idea to everyone and quite a few lawsuits will be filed just as soon as I remember where I left my tweed lawsuit filing jacket.
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth. And the first went, and poured out his vial upon the earth; and there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast, and upon them which…
Wait, I’m confused. Isn’t The Maze Runner, a film that featured white, black, latina and Asian actors more diverse than Black Panther, with an almost entirely black cast? Or has the word “diverse” actually gone the same way as “literally” so that it means the opposite of its actual definition?
Oh, I’m not talking about the overall quality of the movie. I’m saying more specifically that Snyder’s movie would have been predictably bad in a way that made it easy to ignore. The extra dimension of having another director come in and finish a movie is usually a recipe for the movie to be a trainwreck because of…
I still feel like one of the biggest, most fundamental errors of the movie was in choosing Steppenwolf as the bad guy. Given how many iconic villains DC has, choosing one who’s a deep cut even among the sub-set of the sub-set of the sub-set of people who care about the Fourth World mythos just seems to be an obvious…
The biggest crime of MoS was the under use and then killing of Chris Meloni. He should be in everything.
Maybe the game was in Gotham, since it’s just across the bay from Metropolis.
In my opinion I thought the fact that the movie just outright forgets the destruction even happened once Super Jesus snapped Zod’s neck like a twig and then made a face like he was constipated and trying to take a shit.
Its like with superman. I know his killed a handful of times but the comics have the time to explore the aftermath and how it affects his actions going forward. Man of steel just has him snap a neck and then crack a joke 5 minutes later.
I didn’t get a Community update for this
