I’ve only played the destiny demo, but in TF the reticle will lock onto a nearby enemy so it’s a case of auto-aim. I’ve played many FPS on consoles (actually too many on the last gen) and it’s the most auto-aim I’ve ever seen.

I’m hating Titanfall 2’s auto-aim.
