I've heard on CBC Radio recently that the dogs used to be pets. They belonged to the people of Sochi who were moved to make way for the Olympic construction. They weren't feral to begin with. They were abandoned pets. Really heart breaking if you ask me.

Because they had no idea what to do with an intelligent child who couldn't learn math and spelling the usual way. You didn't fit onto their academic mould. It was their failing, not yours.
