Kind of difficult carrying around sound equipment for a gig in a sedan or a coupe. A wagon is doable, though. It just happens to be more convenient putting the stuff in the bed of a truck.

Almost $2.5M raised, no product, now a bunch of media stunts...starting to look and smell like a duck.

Good analogy! The Subie *might* have been a touch more reliable though.

Conspiracies, conspiracies everywhere!

Pretty much what I gathered as well. One reviewer stated the only SV-1 they sat in burned itself down to the axles.

D’oh! I saw the shiny pictures and missed the link to the review article. Thanks!

Yep, I just found my next bike!

This one.

For the grandiose sum of $2,200:

I checked a couple of sites as well, I figured it would have been on Auto Trader Classics at the very least (I didn’t think it would have been on Auto Trader’s regular site), I guess the EXP will go down as being one of the most rare Fords of the ‘80s ever produced.

Yep, really really! It’s such an odd duck these days that whenever I see it, for some reason it gets permanently archived in memory.

They’re a little difficult to find at the moment, although I think one of them may have been on NPOCP recently...

Classify sports car. I’ve seen you attacking a bunch of other posts with pedantic fury, what is your definition of a sports car? (By the way, since we’re being so furiously pedantic, it’s sports car, not sportscar.)

I’m torn between two here.

That one sent me searching, it certainly is a pretty aircraft!

That was great to read! And great analysis of a pilot’s career. I imagine a PT-6A would get old, same for the turbofans powering most commercial aircraft. It’s much like a ‘57 Thunderbird vs. a ‘97 Thunderbird - there’s just some manner of soul that’s missing.

The LMPs look rather large in photos by themselves, it’s always mind-blowing to see the actual size of the LMPs when compared to something produced for the street.

Ah yes, the long-forgotten, and short-lived sport that should have been a contender for the Olympics: Synchronized MG Jumping!

Car? No. Motorcycle? I’ve been pining away at a motorcycle I once loved and lost. I found her again, but no way to rescue her and give her the treatment she deserves, and boy has she been run through the wringer.

Sorry, I can’t look at the ‘XD’ moniker without seeing a damned smiley/emoticon.
