Wasn’t this dude friends with Jim Jones? Or was it more complex? Either way I remember when he got into office, my Dad was so freaking happy.

I had to do some work in Brazil, and let me tell you every single person I met there is corrupt. I am not saying they are bad people, I am saying the ideas that they put into their culture allowed it to become so deeply corrupt that its almost a failed state.
