A friend got me into Adventure Zone, and I went to one of their live shows a few months ago, thinking, for some reason there would be a lot of normal people who liked it. Then I realized I had fallen into some sort of offshoot Homestruck reject breeding ground.

My memory might be foggy but how was any of what happened Zelda’s fault? I know the events in Twilight Princess were directly Zelda’s fault but I didn’t think she had any blame in BotW. She just wanted to be a scientist, not a Queen.

Yeah I don’t disagree, but after having every Champion end up dead and the if Zelda was dead as well it would have been kind of a bummer. Kind of what was the point in even defeating Ganon.  I thought maybe she would have sacrificed herself to let the Champions live again.

When Luna died I stopped playing. The story didn’t give me enough reason to want to seek revenge for her death, so it felt like continuing past that point would be a waste of time. Noctis needed more scenes with Luna, not just flashbacks when they were children, for me to give an actual damn when she died.

It’s amazing to me what will doom some games but not effect others as far as sales. If you take out the story and acting, Other M is a fantastic game. But because the story and charters were shit fans sent it to die.

Just read your compadre Jeremy Parish’s impressions and I’m kind of surprised you have different takes on it. He hasn’t finished it yet it seems, so I wonder if there will be a few more surprises that changes his tune.
