You're right. They do sometimes show hints by talking about how the prison works, the mechanics of the society etc.

I just don't get why people can never look beyond the stale zombie trope. It's a really fun idea, but it's a plot black-hole.

I think the thesis of the comic is actually how so many media consumers are zombies who will just go on reading/watching the same shit over and over.

What is than what?

So Michonne and Hershel were left alone in an RV with their hands just like, roped up? Couldn't they get out of that?

I agree, but I don't think they "realized" anything, these writers have never shown many signs of intelligence.

I know, but they were both shows with unsustainable plots which nonetheless carried on as the living dead for some time. There's quite a few viewers out there who would watching 50 seasons of Walking Dead if it did nothing but show gore and zombies while the characters move in and out of safe places. AMC is greedy

Also I asked a friend, a comics expert, how the comic was. He said "Not actually that great. It's interesting at first but then its really monotonous, same shit over and over."

Zack is right, this show is unsustainable. Now it would be cool if the show was actually taking place in a real world or something. It's been what, 3 years since the zombie uprising? Shouldn't handling zombies be very routine now?

Don was irresponsible and there is no way around that.  There are people who will probably lose their jobs because that account went away and he had nothing to lose by agreeing to whatever this guy wants, even if it brings in one more check. They could even hire the guy he suggested and just bill them for his wages.

I've found that all of the reviews I've read of this movie make almost no mention of the various plot holes which make the movie very confusing.  Maybe I am easily confused or maybe movies have gotten to the point where people just take plot holes for granted and they aren't worth mentioning anymore.  Some examples:

I see what you mean, and slightly agree, but boobs != dick.

In regards to "We Saw Your Boobs", how was this sexist?  For the life of me I can't tell.

agreed

My heart sank when I heard the announcer say "only 3 episodes left!" which means we have to slog through two more episodes until something happens.

I don't get the impression that Toby is self-aware enough anymore for that.  Do we even know he's had sex?

I wish they would quit making Toby into the Meg Griffen of the show.  Toby used to be put-upon but hopeful and self-aware of his awkwardness.  Now he's no longer self-aware.  Earlier Toby, if he had a novel, would have kept it his dark secret and maybe only shared with Pam, but now he talks about it openly with

You think either could do any better?  They are just a boring old couple who bitch at each other a lot.

What gets me about the corpses is that they should be far more rotted.  How much time has passed anyway?  Do you know how long a corpse can lay out before maggots and insects will turn it to bones?  Just a few weeks!  Probably less for one locked up in a hot car.

Agreed.  Daryl is the only one I like, mainly because he does nothing but display total competence in the situation, he actually has useful skills.  I like Dale similarly.  The female characters are so disappointing I want to file a Title IX complaint.
