I remember the day I woke up to the headline "McCain Chooses Palin" and I thought Michael Palin? He's not even American?

To be fair, the level of hypocrisy wasn’t apparent until pretty recently so I still got to enjoy it for 10+ years.
Kanye is awful in a lot of ways but I’ll always have a tiny soft spot for him because of this comment. This plus Mike Meyer’s reaction made for my all-time favorite moment of live TV.
Oh, I so hope it was. I always hope for comment section reunions when they put up these types of stories.
Jesse Plemons already trademarked that so he will have to pick something else.
Also Anderson Cooper (since/because he inherited all that money). I believe past victims of this phenomenon included Anne Hathaway and Tom Hiddleston (whom we were supposed to like until dating Taylor Swift got him cancelled).
To me this headline reads as “Intelligent Millenials refuse to eat foods that are gross and bad for them and/or the environment”.
As a Millennial who eats none of these foods, my interpretation is that Millennials are smart, have good taste, and refuse to eat things that are gross and bad for them.
The blackmarket and homemade stuff makes me real nervous. I don’t vape nicotine anymore and if I want to vape THC I make damn sure I can source it from a legal state (I realize that’s not geographically possible for everyone just yet).
Good fucking question.
I have a friend who didn’t vote for president in 2016 and I want to fucking strangle her every time she complains about Cheetolini.
She did have the less bad kind of pancreatic cancer (like Steve Jobs should have survived if he hadn’t fucked around with alternative therapies for so long), but I agree that she definitely should have thrown in the towel as soon as we had Obama and a Democratic Senate and found some other way to infuse her life with…
I’m still a bit salty that she didn’t retire under Obama I but if it came down to it I’d embrace the void and give her mine, leaving this increasingly apocalyptic hellscape behind, as long as she agreed to financially support my cats and snake for the duration of their lives (I’m sure she can afford it).
I think Six Feet Under has held up but maybe it depends more on where you are in life and how you relate to the characters. When the show came out I was the same age as and on a similar trajectory to Clare (I also dropped out of art school to work in an office and even have red hair to boot). When I rewatched it, I…
If anything, his acting is more impressive in light of what we now know about him. He really managed to fake learning lessons that he never learned in real life.
If anything, I'm more impressed with Spacey's acting now than I was at the time. He really sold it when Lester snaps out of it and realizes that sleeping with teenagers is bad, a lesson Spacey apparently never learned in real life.
Apparently, he was actually a left-wing extremist.
But how tho????
Yeah, I don't really understand what the problem is here with Cooper. I feel like this site has had a bug up their ass about him since he inherited all that money.
Helo is also in a shit ton of Canadian TV shows (Bomb Girls and some Western about a town full of women are two I can think of off the top of my head). He may not be a household name but I'm sure he makes a comfortable living.
