Aww, this show was so charming. 

I really enjoyed this show. I read the books a long time ago and enjoyed them. Seems like they did a good job in keeping with the spirit of the books while still making changes to adapt it for TV. Plus, anything with McClarnon is worth watching.

People with dwarfism are perfectly capable of acting, saying they can’t because of their condition is belied by the many actors who have dwarfism. They even quote the star of an action movie in the article!

This. Shazam 2 was an awful movie that wasted all the goodwill and potential from the first. Black Adam was better, but still not good.

I wouldn’t call the first a failure. It was very uneven with some entertaining moments, especially the dynamic between Asher Angel and Jack Dylan Grazer. The second movie was terrible. Amongst its many flaws, it had way too little of the younger actors. Having more of them helps emphasize that these are little kids…

He’s not playing Sweet Tooth. They just had an episode with Samoa Joe, who is playing the physical Sweet Tooth, and it sounded like they had a lot of scenes together, so that may be where the confusion comes from. 

And many shows have been lost forever from that era because the powers that be didn’t see fit to preserve them and the public had no way to retain copies of their own to preserve them for future generations.

Yeah, in the few episodes I caught, I never found any of the women relatable. And they always seemed extremely privileged and well off.

I am surprisingly amped for this. 

Rest the case that you’ve lost? No one, absolutely no one, denies that children are trafficked and that there’s a moral imperative to stop it. I agree there was a lot to explore with Finn. He was a more logical course than Poe to question the rebellion as someone who every reason to question any authority that requires unquestioned obedience (not saying it was a good thing to question the general, just that it makes more emotional sense for Finn to do it).…
