Agreed, I find a grind it out game where big defensive plays or rebounds can turn the game a lot more interesting than I would a 120 point shootout where people are getting wide open looks left and right; those games feel like exhibitions, last night’s game was like a playoff game.

I was at the game against the Braves in 2000 where they rallied to score 10 runs in the 8th inning after being down 8-0, capped by a 3-run HR from Piazza. That stadium was going absolutely nuts. I’m a Yankees fan and that’s still probably my favorite game that I saw in person.
