OK, I’m gonna say a thing and it is, hands down, my biggest critique of Obama and 99% of young people today and also Bernie Sanders.

Scalia was not a legal genius. He wrote very clear decisions and had clerks doing real due diligence, but as time went by he got more entrenched in his personal belief system than in any Constitutional originalism, and, frankly, got pretty sarcastic, even degrading, in his writing.

It makes me hopeful that Justice Kennedy will rule HB2 unconstitutional. Honestly though waiting to find out is going to make me insane. Every time I think about it I feel nauseous. I am hopeful that we are moving in the right direction but the fact that HB2 even exists is troublesome.
