There are no required courses for law school, so I don’t think there would be any issue with a degree being old.

To the extent that, if you make under the minimum in tips for a particular day, your employer is required by law to make up the difference (of course, this is abused regularly).

Seriously - I’ve been to this restaurant several times, when I was at a law firm. I can promise you that a large number of the people eating at this place have buckets of money and/or are expensing it to a firm anyway (this was the go-to “nice lunch” restaurant).

I was diagnosed with stones after a large weight loss (stones also run in my family), and I received a lot of advice about diet from one doctor, but other doctors said it was normal to just live with them and diet wouldn’t make much of a difference in my case. In the meantime, I developed bulimia.
