The pure virgin olive oil, cold pressed one, has a very high freezing temperature, so simply if you put the bottle in the fridge, in a couple of days it must be solid like butter at room temperature. If the bottle has upper liquid oil, this is the proof that the olive oil is mixed with some cheap canola, sunflower oil.
