Paragon Studios developed CoH until the end, prior to that was Cryptic Studios. it was NCSoft (originally the publisher) that actually killed the game, however.

I cannot speak for the PS4 (I have an Xbone) but I had one of these that I wasn’t using, that I hooked up onto my Xbone when I got it (and realised, holy shit hard-drive space goes quick) and it does the job admirably.
