I know nothing about Persona 5. A couple weeks ago someone suggested that I should try it out, so I checked my local stores (I still like to buy physical copies of games that might not be my thing) and none of them had it in stock. So I went to Gamestop and asked the guy behind the counter if they had Persona 5, and

This may be the first time since kindergarten that I’ve witnessed someone describe something gray as “light black”.

So can someone ELI5 how this isn’t money laundering? I’ve seen the laziest artwork, which no professional designer would ever pay money for, suddenly sell for thousands of dollars.

Me, living in another state: “Why is everybody fleeing California and driving-up home prices in my state?”

“Least popular member of universally reviled family complains about the unwanted attention she receives so more people will pay attention to her.”

I know it sounds silly, because it’s a LEGO game, but it sounds like it’s a pretty ambitious project. They’re basically remaking 5 previous LEGO Star Wars games, and hundreds of playable characters, and combining them into one game. That’s a lot of work. And plus there’s COVID probably slowing down production.

I am really glad that Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould didn’t go the full-prequel route on Better Call Saul. I just wish they would give us more of those black-and-white scenes of future Jimmy, in Omaha, so we can see what happens to him post-Breaking Bad.

Alice’s revelations have really soured my opinion of Silicon Valley. She basically came out and said that everyone on the show, except for Jimmy Yang, is a dick. TJ Miller: dick. Middleditch: dick. Nanjiani: dick. She even threw shade at Martin Starr and Zach Woods who are reputed to be fairly decent, down-to-earth

He looks like an ice cream man who isn’t allowed to drive his truck near elementary schools.

I follow a couple of Stock Alert twitter accounts which notify when certain retailers have PS5s in stock. There have been a handful of occasions this month where I got an alert, clicked a link, and had one in my cart... but I backed out. We’re just in that awkward phase of the console cycle where the FOMO is

The 1987 Jeep Wagoneer is a top 5 car for me. I love them.

After Wandavision wrapped-up I decided to go back and watch some episodes of Malcolm in the Middle (an episode of Wandavision emulated it). I remember watching the show when it was new, and thinking Malcolm’s family lived in a real dump, but after watching a few episodes last week, I’ve changed my mind; the Wilkersons

I think I’ve finally figured out who Ted Cruz stole his look from.

So these stock traders... they’re definitely on cocaine again, right?

It looks great. I hope they have support for a traditional arcade/joystick setup, because playing an old-school TMNT sidescroller with mouse & keyboard feels wrong.

French Bulldogs have become a highly sought-after, expensive breed. It’s not unusual to see breeders selling French Bulldog puppies for $5,000-$10,000. So crooks know if they steal a French Bulldog, they can probably flip it for a couple thousand bucks on Craigslist. A few weeks ago something similar happened to a

Not gonna lie, I’m a little underwhelmed by how this series appears to be wrapping up. Before the first episode even aired, everybody knew Kathryn Hahn was playing Agatha Harkness. Marvel & Disney didn’t even try to hide it; Agnes is secretly Agatha Harkness? You don’t say!

“Yeah, that’s a special color you can’t get on the lot. You have to order that straight from the manufacturer; it costs a lot more.”

I can’t help but draw a comparison between Trump supporters in 2021, and the congregants of televangelism who continue to donate their social security checks to the same TV prophet who went to jail for not paying his taxes, doing drugs, and picking up hookers.

She is a teacher after all.
