I remember watching the reveal trailer last year and thinking “So when does the remake footage start?” It really did look like an remaster from 5-10 years ago.

I believe more people would have given Stadia a shot, had Google partnered-up with an existing digital games retailer (like Steam or Epic Games Store) and given their users the option to stream games they already own through this new free service called Stadia.

It is deeply satisfying to watch the Wall Street dude-bros, who’ve spent their careers getting rich through scummy and legally questionable means, crying “No fair!” when Reddit shit-posters turn the tables on them.

Same. Skyward Sword and Link’s Crossbow Training appeared less like standalone games, and more like $60 half-baked motion control tech demos.

I’m having trouble imagining how somebody could make an exciting and engaging Gollum-centric video game. Of all the characters in Middle Earth, Gollum is probably the least suited for a videogame. Gandalf has a horse, a sword and magical powers. Gollum has.... a loincloth. He doesn’t fight bosses; he pees himself and

Back in 2012 I bought a special edition Assassin’s Creed 3 hoodie from Ubisoft. It wasn’t worth it. The material was cheap, it was screen-printed. I spent over $100, wore it maybe three times and the last time I saw it, it was on its way to Goodwill.

I’m pretty sure my parents were happy with me playing video games because A) they kept me inside and out of trouble and B) they were cheaper than hiring a babysitter.

So is there one big reason why GPUs have become so hard to come by? Or is it a bunch of little reasons all happening at the same time? Over the last few months I’ve heard people blaming their scarcity on Bitcoin miners, Trump’s tariffs, pandemic-caused raw supply issues, and bored people stuck at home employing bots

It makes me sad to see a PS2 sitting on a garbage pile. I was a teenager when they first launched, and it was pretty much impossible to find one. Online ordering wasn’t really a thing back then, so that meant I had to call brick & mortar retail stores every morning asking if they got any. The day somebody finally said

Poor guy looks like he’s about 160 months overdue.

“The Ambiguously Gay Plumber....”

So they had access to literally millions of color combinations, but they went with forest green, salmon pink, and sepia gold text? I get challenging expectations and making brave design choices, but.....

My initial assumption was that Sony’s lawyers got to them, but why would a legal notice cause SUP3R5OFFICIAL to fear for their safety? Maybe, given how scarce PS5s are, they were getting harassed or doxxed by idiots who want one?

I’m not super crazy about Jeep’s current design direction. The new Grand Cherokee and Grand Wagoneer just look like Suburbans.

Same. I remember back in the Xbox 360 days spending well over $100/year on batteries. It’s almost cheaper to buy a second controller and charging dock, and alternate between them.

Just imagine how much Nintendo-made Kinect-exclusive shovelware we could’ve got.

I wish Jeep would release a new Gladiator in this size. Just a 2-door with a bed.

Me in March: “Oh crap. I need to go buy a bunch of frozen food, bottled water, and toilet paper because I’m gonna need it this year.”

I got the game on launch day, played a little under 2 hours, and decided to put it down until they release some massive patches. I didn’t have any game-breaking bugs, but I encountered a ton of goofy little ones (guns disappearing, characters T-posing, jerky animations, etc.)

Me in college: “Let’s grab whatever’s in the fridge, and see if I can turn it into a sandwich.”
