And oh by the way he was pretty good in Requiem for a Dream. He pulled a Sandler in that sense; realized some actual dramatic potential and assumedly decided "Nah."

Well, tonight thank God it's them instead of you.

The one that scared me the most wasn't even a story per se; it was the Bloody Mary one with the picture of the vague figure in the ratty mirror. From what I recall, the "story" really only said that sometimes people chant stuff into the mirror.

Wow, I would not have remembered that book until you just mentioned it. That was pretty scary to a first grader.

Ow, my groin!

Hey man, World War I fucking rocks.

"…that I'm not a mistake." kind of encapsulates and justifies your entire argument nicely.

You're thinking of Scott Stapp.

True. If there's any excusing the lack of a Black Widow movie, it's that she's arguably the most important character in the whole MCU based on how many relationships she has/knots she ties across the different characters.

I honestly did too, even though I kind of cringe at some of the heavy-handedness. It was very well done no matter which way you slice it. (Plus, I love baseball history, so naturally I loved it, especially the recreations of the old stadiums.)

I wouldn't argue against it.

He really did look quite comfortable in Snowpiercer.

That is delightful.

I'll take it a step further: he wasn't even that famous until The Avengers came out after his own solo movie.

Boseman and James are the guys you call when British guys aren't available to play famous Americans.

I think average people would know at least that he's Captain America. Which I guess is your point, if they don't know his name it almost doesn't matter. But before Cap, he had no chance of being recognized on the street.

Good point. Like how prior to 2014, RDJ had played Tony Stark or Sherlock Holmes in what, around half of his movies?

YO, nobody mentioned Race until you brought it up. Race-baiter.
