That's a great way to put it.

Congratulations! Not bad for being non-union.
IMO, what he did was completely unprecedented and ambitious, and easily could have fallen apart after 2 years of work. That he got a coherent movie alone is extremely impressive.
It's the new "Law & Order."
I liked the B.Coop rumors. He'd do fine. Indy (like Ford) is supposed to be smug and frankly kind of douchey, but still charismatic and charming. Cooper is the modern-day master of that.
A-NUS! A-NUS! A-NUS! A-NUS!
Hope it's not the creatures from above!
That's why he's a better talk show host than actor/sketch comedian.
Yeah, I know. But to use a sports analogy, I want my team's QB to aspire to be the best of all time, not just "I hope people remember me!" I'd rather Levine aspire for more than just being a huge celebrity. (To his credit, he's been really successful at it.)
Adam Levine is just awful though. I remember reading a few years ago how he was quoted as saying he wants to be a huge celebrity. Not the best rocker ever, or not the best crossover rocker/actor ever, or not the best TV host ever….but a big celebrity.
And you could argue that the reason he was good in "Meet the Parents" and "Analyze This" is because him doing straight comedy was a novelty.
Comment/username/avatar synergy = excellent
It's pretty ironic that Kanye and Beck have each worked with Jon Brion to make some pretty great music.
You win.
I'm gonna need a few shots to get through this episode.
Oh sweet, they hired everybody's favorite host, a hybrid of Martin Short and Andrew McCarthy!
That sounds like "To Kill a Mockingbird" from Boo Radley's perspective.
Great Owl works for his name.
I mean, do I still think it's weird? Sure. But (not to get too John Hughes-y) everybody's weird. To each their own. And one more cliche, if it's not hurting anybody, then what's the problem?
Read "Paul Revere's Ride" by David Hackett Fischer. Revere did a lot.
