You add A's and B's and if one gets removed, oh well it's gone. Here in CT I know one highway that gets up to 5E before you get exit 6.

Check out "Something Happened" by Joseph Heller. It's an artistic statement that completely pushes the boundaries of nested parantheses as far as they will go. And in all but the last five pages, nothing happens.
How did no one choose The Wheel of Time?
Loved the bowling pin gag. Reminded me of Will Forte's Spelling Bee SNL sketch. "Q .. Q .. Q .. Q .. Q .. Q"
It's been established this isn't actually the beginning of the song, but the bridge/breakdown, right? Such poor journalism, AV Club.
I have to agree. That thing cracked me up.
SPOILERS: Summer and Coldhands stumble upon Craster's in Bran's first chapter of ADWD and kill all the remaining crows. GRRM doesn't come out and say 'hey, they're at Crasters' but the descriptions of who gets killed while Bran's in the Wolfdream match the descriptions of the mutineers. I don't think it's mentioned…
I feel that's all the more reason they should have started with an actor who looked even younger. I think the actor playing Tommen is fine for now (ok, actually I wish he were a little more pudgy), but I worry that the Bran effect will be in full force in a season or two.
I was pulled out by that message on the wall being in English as well. Considering the pains they've gone through to have all of these characters speaking Valyrian, it seemed oddly disconnecting.
I feel like it will be both. Partly here is the butterfly effect: Jorah's outing as a spy for King Robert doesn't come until after Barristan's outing. Since they couldn't hide the actor for a season and a half, Barristan's been outed since the beginning so that particular cause and effect chain wouldn't really…
Book 5 Spoilers: FWIW Bran and co actually do stumble across Craster's, and Summer kills and eats one of the mutineers. It can be easily missed, as from Bran's perspective, there's no real importance to the place or people. But they are described in the same way as the mutineers.
