I had this idea years ago when I worked at a Super Target with a full grocery.

I don’t like the waste of the packaging, but I love the idea of being able to buy a 2 pack of buns. I currently have a package of hot dog buns on top of my fridge that has seven buns left, and which I will most likely throw away most of them because they’ll have gone stale.

yeah this does seem to be a major failure of planning since moving eally big stuff normally involves a route reconnaissance to check bridge clearance and somebody actually measuring the the vehicle while loaded

I came here to see 1/10th of a bridge. I’m disappointed at the incorrect use of decimated.

Because a lot of outsize loads have only a few centimeters of clearance, making it hard to eyeball if it’ll fit, and bridge warning signs sometimes have more than a few centimeter’s wiggle room in how accurate they are on posted height via actual height, plus sometimes loading crews underestimate the size of the load

Definitely a dry goods hopper of some sort. You wouldn't have that steep of a slant in the bottom for liquids. Open top means indoor production use, so probably milling or food factory.

I don’t know the status of Biden’s infrastructure bill, but these truck vs. bridge/overpass collisions seem to be awfully effective at getting overdue repair work happening.

Given that the next article in my Jalopnik feed deals with Bronco roof issues, I think waiting a year or two for Ford’s seemingly inevitable ‘Poor Quality Is Job 1' issues to be resolved is the wise move.

I am looking to get a Ford Maverick when they hit the dealers.”
Prepare to get no deal whatsoever and in fact a market adjustment bump.

The reptile scales were supposed to be saved for a Raptor edition obviously.

Now somebody is going to see if they can break the bed from doing it.

Just hearing about these rules make me want to tongue-fuck a nun out of spite.

IMHO this doesn’t bother me. You don’t own the vehicle when you lease it, so technically speaking the equity is not yours until you take ownership of the vehicle. Unless you leased something terrible, any vehicle leased 2-4 years ago is going to have a residual well below the current market.

Works great on most brake types, but some require a twist and push mechanism (some Fords, others). Had a buddy break a C clamp because he did not know this.

The Mk7 and Mk6 don’t really have a history of bad electrical systems...

I finally got a car that has ACC and I hate it.  Even at the shortest following distance it starts decelerating too soon.

LOL. GM gonna GM.

Huh. The amazing part is Biebs only spent $1K in 20 minutes in a weed store. If I had Bieber money, I have my own farm.

IMHO “switched residency” is a red flag, as is wondering aloud about discrimination. If you moved to Montana, you say you moved to Montana. If he ordered a vehicle and the dealer won’t sell it because of this “switched residency”, get the ordered vehicle transferred to a dealer who will.
