Is anyone else here of the camp that - if your car got stolen - you hope to hell you never see it again? (And/or it gets set ablaze?). Stolen cars get destroyed and if they’re not totaled, are usually never the same again.

Doughnuts are roughly 300 calories each, so as long as that coffee was black or made with just creamer, that isn’t *that* awful of a breakfast compared to what a lot of people eat. Though I did find the secret to losing weight fast is a granola bar for breakfast and no soda

Although the wheels and seats are...questionable taste, $10500 is on the low end and it appears that the mechanical bits are well taken care of. NP after an inspection, though I’ve never driven an auto Supra and it may be terrible. 

I would love to do away with states. Taxation (and government aid, min wage, etc) should also be proportional to the local purchasing power parity. And private banks should go away and there only be the Bank of the United States.  

The linked news article does specifically state “local convenience store gift cards”. Likely the scammer is taking the numbers then instantly reselling them for pennies on the dollar, hoping that all the transactions happen before anyone catches wind. I think the Visa ones leave too strong of a trace?

Still boggles my mind anyone thinks that a third party gift card is the proper payment for ANYTHING (other than some some gross fried food or whatever the hell Rutters sells (side note, I grew up with the Rutter family, very nice people)).

That’s not really the case at all. The government pulled the lands around DC from Maryland. Just give it back. It’s not like there’s a huge cultural difference between the people of DC vs PG County or different customs or a need for a different group of interests to be protected.

You know he’s only 61 years old, right? Although I would have sworn he was 75, like, two decades ago.

I can’t imagine there’s a collectible market for these. It’s cool but not that cool, and I’m really really rough shape. Probably needs at least $5k in restoration to make it even acceptable inside and out.  $5500 is far too high, it may be a contender at half that. ND. 

I was in a moderate accident when I was a senior in high school (got t-boned), so like 18 years ago. Whiplash and a concussion. I don’t think my brain has every really been the same since; I can’t describe it, but everything has just felt like it comes to me just a millisecond slower.

I thought a gallon or more a day was actually harmful. Is that not the case?
