Yeah, unlikely. It’s a loan, it’s not income. It’s also dischargeable and won’t count as income once discharged, as long as the business owner can “show” it went for payroll and business expenses.

I remember a time, in HS US History class (and this was the good ol’ first term of GWB), when we were talking about checks and balances, the Court’s place to evaluate the constitutionality of laws, blah blah blah. I raised the point - what enforcement powers does the SCOTUS really have? They declare a law

Southern PA, west of Philly. A quick Marketplace and CL search brought up more than half a dozen F150s or Rams for under $3k, some without major rust issues. Just gotta keep your eyes peeled to get a good one, but they’re around. Especially when people don’t want to pay for their fifth set of ball joints to pass

While I appreciate the sentiment, full sized trucks from the early 00s can be had for $2500 all day, every day, in satisfactory condition. Heck, I had to let a good condition F150 go for $1k because nobody wanted it.

Autonomous tech should be based on in-road sensors that detect both your vehicle and other vehicles’ whereabouts. Anything that’s based on cameras or some sort of LiDar is destined for asterisks and mistakes and errors.  Road sensors would make this argument about canoes, trailers, mattresses, etc all a moot point.

I remember that these weren’t that expensive new, but even still, I can’t believe how much they’ve depreciated. I thought $10k was super cheap, too.

Current interaction with the JLR interface goes as follows:

You have a modern Golf?  I got rid of mine because the seats (S with vinyl, not the SEL seats) were so bad. The butt cushion was just so hard and it was terrible for my back.

Honestly if it wasn’t for the fake hood scoop, I’d kinda like it. It’s a truck that can tow literally tens of pounds!

What i wouldn’t give for car seats today that we’re as comfy as those were, though. Sure sure sure, today’s sixteen way electric heated and cooled seats are fancy and will keep you safe in an accident, but even the best new car seats have nothing on the squishy couch feel of 70s cars.

If it makes you feel any certain way, those kitchen colors are having a resurgence and are popular again.

But bro, it doesn’t matter that Tesla doesn’t make money from actually selling *cars*, cause they’re not a car company but a technology company.”

All you need to do is look at Elon + Amber Heard and you understand everything about the company.

Right!  I’d want something crazy, or something more powerful, or something more reliable (modern 2.0 GTI, or even a tuned 1.8t from the regular Golf, would be super), or both. The 2.7t was just...yuck.

There’s a lot of interesting VW engine choices I’d like to see swapped in to a A4. The 2.7t is definitely not one of them.

Somewhere a Nissan actuary must have figured out that replacing the trans under warranty is cheaper than just making a better one. Which indicates how painfully cheap those transmissions must be.

Never even occurred to me to consider that there was a stick Compass option

Trees are great until they drop their leaves, make your roof and siding turn green, drop acorns, house squirrels, their roots crack your driveway and sidewalk, get too big and close to the house, and need constant trimming.

That’s what I find intriguing about this. Revel is definitely a powered scooter like a Vespa, and has fairly significant speeds (limited at 30mph according to their website). How does this not require a M license?

Ford paint code W7603, if you wanna be super nerdy.
