Your systolic or (not and) diastolic blood pressures, if exceeding the standards, can make you hypertensive. It is called Isolated Systolic (or Diastolic) Hypertension. So that one reading with a Diastolic of 82, would make you borderline hypertensive.

I just never know when this site is being sarcastic or serious.  Jon Jay is a solid outfielder.  Nothing spectacular, but he isn't going to embarrass himself or the club at bat or in the field.

Who worries about this shit???  Enjoy the cartoon and quit politicizing everything!

Take what is happening in the National Parks as a microcosm of the border crisis as a whole.  Leave the gates open and people will fuck it all up.  Build that wall!!!!

If people pulled their collective head from their collective ass and took their trash with them out of the park, that wouldn't be an issue either.

Still trying to figure out how the 7th largest city in the country only has the 37th largest TV market.  If you include Austin as a TV market, the population of those two cities is over 2.2 million.  That is a population greater than Houston.

I think that the IRS is looking for people to overwithhold.  The idea of the tax law changes was to put more money in people’s pockets, not to give them a huge tax bill at the end of the year.  Kentucky is doing something similar and because they have a minimum withholding amount, I cannot raise my exemptions enough

Me: Sees a computer he wants to buy on a commercial. Visits 5 or 6 websites to determine if it has all the features I am looking for and not too many that just don’t matter. Visits 4 or 5 retailer websites to determine which store has the lowest advertised price. Buys computer at the retailer with the lowest price,

Oh.....you’re serious??? Pretty simple solution....apply common sense! In all situations. Don’t have common sense??? Then by all means, read this stupid article.

Is it free    -------->  No --------> You’re stealing

If it doesn’t have anything to do with the flag, Anthem, etc, then why do it then???  I think all patriots know the answer to that question.

During rendition of the national anthem when the flag is displayed, all present except those in uniform should stand at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart. Men not in uniform should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart.

And as was said God knows how many times since 2008, if you give the government power over your healthcare, you have given them power over your life.  Glad that people are finally getting the picture.  Wish it had happened before the most destructive bill in American history was passed.

I had a cousin whose pole exploded and he ended up missing the pit.  Broke his hip and was on crutches for a year.

So your take here is not that NFL numbers suck compared to two years ago (a direct comparison), but that they suck a little less compared to other sports sucky numbers (an indirect comparison). No wonder you are exploring new opportunities.

A perfect game is that no one reaches base.  There is no other definition.

<speaking of Dexter Fowler> “As you go, we go” - Joe Maddon

If the Cubs didn’t have 3000 outfielders, I’m sure that they would take him back. Guy has one of the biggest hearts in the game. The guy that we got in the “trade” of outfielders with the Cardinals, Jason Heyward, had a horrendous 2 1/4 seasons, but seems to

If I ever wanted to go into car sales, I would make a killing because I know how I would want to buy a car and I would translate that into sales over the internet. I would give the competitive price and cut the amount of time in the dealership down to the bare minimum. If I can shop for houses, for goodness’ sake,

So.... You think that if these 20 city’s mayors got together and colluded that none of them would give Amazon what they wanted that Amazon would not go to the 21st city on their list? Bezos would be calling that mayor in a heartbeat and that city would give him whatever he wanted. Why??? Jobs, jobs, jobs (and I ain’t

His comment was dead on the money, Hamilton. In addition to the professional jobs it will provide the city, it will create untold numbers of ancillary support positions in new stores, restaurants, hotels, etc. 2nd and 3rd order effects, man.
