Agreed I couldn’t beat ghouls and ghosts in the best of times. I beat the original ninja glider series and the mega mans. As much as I love the souls games they are cake by comparison.

Yeah the lack of fast travel till the end of the game was rough but it added a bit of immersion for me being attacked by wolves in pitch black night when I forgot to bring a torch walking to the next town. It got tedious though.
