Yeah, that’s what pisses me off the most, that the pre-Hinkie Sixers are described as anything other than “tire fire that needs to be destroyed”. That the Bynum trade can be described as “unexpectedly imploding” rather than “maybe one of the worst trades ever made”.

They got rid of a ROY point guard after 18 months. Why not let him develop more or bring in some veteran help to mold him?

Look, it’s fine to hate how Hinkie handled his business during his tenure in Philly and I wish the piece would’ve gone more into agents hating the Sixers almost exclusively because of Hinkie, but the Sixers are in a good spot now.
